Is An NHL Salary Cap Legal?
It’s really too bad I didn’t have this site when people seemed to still care about the NHL labour dispute, because what I present here is an absolutely brilliant read on whether an NHL Salary Cap would even be legal. I am allowed to say it is brilliant as it was written by my colleague at school Evan Gold and it has received much acclaim from all in the sports world who have read it. Evan was kind enough to allow me to publish it on the site and so if you want to understand any of the legal issues behind the NHL labour negotiations and the implications of a salary cap, you will find this just a tremendous read.
