I’ve been tempted for a while after a blitz advertising campaign on ESPN.com to go and finally check out the AT&T version of “Cribs” online starring guys like Tony Parker, David Ortiz and Andy Roddick. So this morning I surfed on over to the site called “See How They Live” and watched a few of the videos. I am not a fan of the interactive video, but I’ll leave that for a technology site to comment on. The videos themselves are actually somewhat gross advertisements full of blatent product placement from AT&T, but I guess they have to get it across somehow that these guys are their spokesmen. Other than that and the videos being really staged it is a cool idea and I liked getting an inside peek at the houses of some of these athletes. Everyone loves to imagine living like a star athlete and so if you’ve got a few minutes I would recommend you check out the site. Enjoy!
