Well you can bet on the next President of the United States, when the first Mars landing will come to fruition and now as a natural progression why not bet on the outcome of the NBA draft lottery. I mean the odds are simple enough to calculate and since your downtrodden franchise is probably betting their hopes on getting a high draft choice, why not wager you hard earned money with them?
